“We handed out Shoulder Roll certificates and the reminder sheet last night at our Monday night class at Brooklyn Martial Arts dojo.”

“I use the work sheets as my lesson plans and as a teaching tool for me and the children.”
“Each term, I print out certificates and teaching sheets for the techniques I plan to teach. This term we are working on improving Shadow Judo and our groundwork turnovers, like the Arm Roll and Wrist Grab. For the older ones, I’ll be using a few of the Koka Kids combinations, too.”
