Learn the hold down: Kami Shiho Gatame

Kami Shiho Gatame is a judo hold down that controls your opponents upper body.

To get into the hold, start kneeling by your partner’s head. Reach under both arms with your hands and grab onto the belt. Push downwards with your chest, bringing your knees up underneath you.
